I had champion install a brand new system in my place about a year ago. I went with them because the person that was installing said that they provided excellent customer service and he did not disappoint. I called saying that my AC wasn’t working properly. They promptly arrived. I was a little disappointed that they had to order a part, but that was no one‘s fault. The part that really impressed me was the fact that they came and installed that part on the day that they said, which was Friday at 10 PM to make sure that I had AC that to me is the epitome of customer support and taking responsibility for your actions. Mike Ley and his staff at Champion HVAC were able to modify our A/C in our home which was inadequate since the house was new. They were able to modify our system with a well thought out technical plan which resulted in our air conditioning system working incredible after 30 years.The work was done in a timely professional manner. Shopped around for a new AC unit however had dimensional limitations based on roof area. This Team is the best in the Valley!! Quoted us competitively with details of scope of work. The install team had a group of 3 qualified knowledgeable technicians however co-owners Mike & Steven was on the job site answering all my questions, troubleshooting & ensuring Quality throughout the job. I ran into some unforeseen problems however these professionals thrive & overcome issues for a resolution. I can't say enough about their Calmness, Dedication & Reliability.
