Aloha. We didn’t have heat this morning in Palm Springs and Joey, the technician was quick to respond within a couple hours or so on a Saturday. Though we now have heat, the air conditioning isn’t working and another appt needs to be made and an estimate was given. Joey was personable, acted professionally and it's knowledgeable. Joey has been “our guy” for several years now. Always professional and pleasant and accommodating. It is a pleasure to have him do our semi annual maintenance each year.
