After some research and different quotes, I chose Champion for the custom solution they provided. This was an extensive project. I got two top of the line Trane heat pumps, zoned, and replaced the whole duct system. Everything went well and for the last few months I’m enjoying the comfort and the significantly lower bills. Aloha. We didn’t have heat this morning in Palm Springs and Joey, the technician was quick to respond within a couple hours or so on a Saturday. Though we now have heat, the air conditioning isn’t working and another appt needs to be made and an estimate was given. Joey was personable, acted professionally and it's knowledgeable.
